Responsibility
- Develop and present architectural designs, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models, to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee project development from initial concept through construction, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and resolve design or construction challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and sustainable design.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Licensure or certification as an Architect is a plus.
