Responsibility
- Develop and refine print-ready artwork for various client projects, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Master Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics, logos, and layouts with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret design briefs and deliver high-quality outputs on deadline.
- Prepare files for production, including proper bleeds, color modes (CMYK/RGB), and resolution settings.
- Review and proof designs for errors, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance workflow productivity.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing print-ready work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
- Deep understanding of print production processes, including file formats, color management, and prepress requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict brand guidelines.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary design software/tools.
