Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for interior fit-outs, renovations, and new builds.
- Create and update as-built drawings to reflect accurate post-construction dimensions and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure drawings align with project requirements and local building codes.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to produce 2D and 3D models with precision and efficiency.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to identify potential design conflicts or constructability issues.
- Prepare electrical and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts for integration into construction documents.
- Maintain organized drawing files and version control to ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest revisions.
- Provide technical support during site visits to clarify drawing details and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical drafting for construction, interior design, or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp; familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes (local Indonesian standards preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, error-free drawings under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting work for similar projects (required).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
