Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and user-centered designs.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Present design concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools.
