Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for retail, F&B, and hospitality spaces that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and material palettes to communicate ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans from concept to completion.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and maintain quality standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local craftsmanship to infuse projects with fresh, culturally relevant elements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications for construction and installation.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing retail or F&B projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, lighting design, and material applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is a plus.
