Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-impact visual content aligned with Erajayaâs Active Lifestyle brand identity.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery, while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Erajayaâs visuals fresh and competitive.
- Review and approve design assets, providing constructive feedback to enhance creativity and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, digital design, and campaign development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience working in lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
