Responsibility
- Develop and present comprehensive architectural designs, including blueprints, 3D models, and technical drawings, using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to refine project scope, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Lead site visits and inspections to assess feasibility, monitor progress, and resolve design or structural challenges.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly materials into designs, aligning with Baliās growing demand for green architecture.
- Oversee project documentation, including permits, contracts, and specifications, to ensure legal and technical accuracy.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in architecture, construction technology, and urban planning to drive innovation.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to secure approvals and address zoning or environmental concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards in Indonesia (or adaptability to local regulations).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with sustainable design principles (LEED, Green Building certifications, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
