Responsibility
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital assets (e.g., Instagram posts, stories, banners, and ads).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals and messaging with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Design print materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, business cards) as needed for events or promotions.
- Stay updated on design and social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and social media content creation.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization for social media.
