Responsibility
- Develop and refine architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
- Create detailed 3D models, construction documents, and renderings to support project development and client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to identify potential design issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination sessions to provide technical insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and architectural design.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and reference for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Revit Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
- Solid understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
