Responsibility
- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client visions and brand standards.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans, from concept to completion.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor that enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of each space.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and a keen understanding of their needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and lighting design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building codes is a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with familiarity in sourcing local materials and working with regional vendors.
