Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to drive sales of interior design products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and site visits to assess client needs, present design proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the design team to create customized solutions that align with client preferences and budget constraints.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on performance metrics and revenue targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the companyâs presence and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Familiarity with high-end interior design products, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
