Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive integrity, ethics, and compliance training programs tailored to diverse employee levels.
- Deliver interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and seminars using modern instructional techniques.
- Assess training needs through gap analyses, surveys, and stakeholder consultations to identify key focus areas.
- Ensure all training materials comply with local and international regulations (e.g., anti-bribery, data privacy, labor laws).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update policies and procedures based on emerging ethical risks.
- Create multilingual training resources to support a diverse workforce.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate governance and ethical leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, compliance, or corporate ethics, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, anti-corruption frameworks (e.g., UK Bribery Act, FCPA), and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Certifications in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CIPP) or training (e.g., ATD, SHRM) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex ethical scenarios and provide practical, actionable guidance.
