Responsibility
- Lead the integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) processes for complex systems, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate system performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve integration challenges.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, DO-178C, MIL-STD).
- Manage documentation and reporting for IVVQ activities, including test results, deviation reports, and qualification certificates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and reduce time-to-market.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or related field).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in systems integration, verification, or validation, preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Proven expertise in IVVQ methodologies, including test automation, requirement traceability, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, DOORS) and test management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project milestones.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
