Responsibility
- Provide technical support and training to clients on inspection, test, and measurement equipment.
- Develop and implement customized engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and feasibility studies for potential applications.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to identify market needs and product improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in measurement and inspection.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of high-precision equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in inspection or measurement systems.
- Strong knowledge of metrology, quality control, or industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment, sensors, or calibration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client visits or training sessions.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GD&T, or industry-specific regulations is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for technical innovation.
