Responsibility
- Lead the verification of mixed-signal IC designs, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and execute verification plans, testbenches, and methodologies for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define verification requirements and ensure design compliance.
- Debug and resolve complex verification issues, providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Optimize verification processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in mixed-signal verification.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in verification methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts to enhance verification workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mixed-signal verification, with a strong background in analog and digital circuits.
- Proficiency in verification tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) for automation and tool development.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Experience with industry standards and protocols relevant to mixed-signal design.
