Responsibility
- Develop, monitor, and optimize chemical processing parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale up new formulations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Design and execute process validation protocols, including DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical analysis.
- Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and process documentation for internal and external audits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, polymer, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process design, reaction kinetics, and unit operations.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Python).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
