Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial, hospitality, and smart building sectors to drive sales of dormakaba’s Access Control Solutions and Entrance Systems Control products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored access control solutions that align with client requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of dormakaba products with existing client infrastructure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of dormakaba’s solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, security directors, and procurement teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in access control and security systems.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in access control, security systems, or smart building technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex access control solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed for client meetings and industry events.
