Responsibility
- Develop and maintain integrated business plans, aligning demand forecasts with supply chain and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and historical data to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience with S&OP processes and tools (e.g., Kinaxis, ToolsGroup) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are advantageous.
