Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain integrated business plans, aligning demand forecasts with supply chain and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and historical data to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows.
  • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience with S&OP processes and tools (e.g., Kinaxis, ToolsGroup) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
  • Certifications in CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) are advantageous.
