Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve operational and customer service excellence.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex insurance cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on insurance products, systems, and soft skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Experience with CRM systems, insurance software, or call center tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
