Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio by identifying and engaging potential customers in Baliâs diverse market.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend personalized insurance products that align with clientsâ financial goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Provide expert advice on life, health, and investment-linked insurance plans, ensuring clients fully understand their options.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the underwriting process and ensure seamless policy issuance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, seminars, and networking events to expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the companyâs CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
