Responsibility
- Provide after-sales support for insurance policy administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to resolve policy-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain and update policy records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and verify policy documents, ensuring all information is complete and accurate before submission.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to clarify policy terms, conditions, and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with insurance management systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
