You will oversee the receiving, tracking, and documentation of all incoming stockāwhether restocked items or new productsāensuring every item is properly identified, labeled, and recorded. Responsibility
- Manage the receiving process for all incoming inventory, including restocked and new products, with 100% accuracy.
- Perform identification, labeling, and documentation of stock using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to reconcile shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain organized and FIFO-compliant (First-In-First-Out) storage systems to prevent obsolescence or spoilage.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in warehouse workflows.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to spot inconsistencies in stock levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional departments.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg as needed.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
