Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks to support business functions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different departments.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and technical skills.
- Support in coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
