Responsibility
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clientsâ financial goals and risk profiles.
- Recommend and sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and property insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to improve sales techniques and product expertise.
- Prepare and present clear, accurate insurance proposals and policy documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to obtain relevant insurance certifications (if not already certified).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
