Responsibility
- Promote and sell Taspen Life insurance products to individuals and businesses in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance plans tailored to client requirements.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events and client engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain an Insurance Agent License (AAJI).
- Familiarity with Bali’s market and local business networks is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
