Responsibility
- Manage and maintain insurance policy records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and communication materials related to insurance policies.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing administrative support to the insurance team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and industry trends.
- Support the implementation of administrative processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
