Responsibility
- Assist in processing insurance claims, including documentation, verification, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update insurance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, customer service) to resolve insurance-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports on insurance metrics, claims status, and operational efficiency.
