Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security) to ensure high standards of service.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Handle budget tracking and expense reporting for office-related expenditures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in administration, facilities management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees, vendors, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Experience in budget management and cost control is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for office operations in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
