Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of service reports and documentation.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on service status and resolve any inquiries or concerns.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new service staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with automotive service processes is a plus.
