Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies by organizing data, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve any administrative issues that may arise.
  • Prepare invoices, contracts, and other sales-related documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and executing sales events, meetings, and client visits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
