In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of instrumentation and electrical systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation and electrical systems for projects in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate hazards in electrical and instrumentation work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems, PLCs, and electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including SNI, IEC, and ISO standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation, control systems, or electrical project management, preferably in industrial or commercial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end electrical and instrumentation projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software for electrical and instrumentation layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua) as required.
