Responsibility
- Execute institutional trades across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives during assigned shift hours.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and banks.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
- Provide real-time market insights and trade recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage order flow, liquidity provision, and price discovery for institutional clients.
- Utilize advanced trading platforms and fintech tools to enhance execution efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports, trade analytics, and market commentary.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in institutional trading, sales, or dealing within a brokerage, investment bank, or fintech firm.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets, including equities, FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and executing high-volume trades.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, MetaTrader) and fintech infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible shift hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63) or local regulatory licenses are advantageous.
