Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive post-sales support to the Sales team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests.
- Collaborate with internal Operations teams to streamline policy administration and transaction processing.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on middle office activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between front-office Sales and back-office Operations to resolve discrepancies and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes or systems to optimize middle office functions.
- Conduct regular audits of transaction records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in middle office operations, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with financial software or CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or similar are a plus but not required.
