Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, materials, and workmanship for adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, highlighting non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor safety protocols and quality control measures to mitigate risks and uphold industry best practices.
- Verify as-built drawings and ensure alignment with approved plans and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors on complex engineering challenges.
- Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings to align on project milestones and inspection schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction inspection, quality assurance, or project supervision for C&S/M&E works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction codes (e.g., SNI, ASTM, ISO) and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or quality assurance (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
