Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in monitoring construction progress and reporting any deviations or issues to the project manager.
- Verify the quality of materials and workmanship, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, photographs, and documentation for project records.
- Assist in conducting site surveys, measurements, and tests to validate construction accuracy and structural integrity.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety protocols, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team, including drafting reports, updating drawings, and assisting with project planning.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Valid CIDB Card or equivalent certification in civil engineering or construction inspection.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction inspection, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using inspection tools, measurement equipment, and basic engineering software.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali and work in outdoor environments.
