Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering projects under supervision.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project development and problem-solving.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, or lab work to gain practical exposure to engineering processes.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or Python) to assist in project execution.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related fields).
- Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and engineering principles with a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to real-world engineering challenges.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or extracurricular activities in engineering are a plus.
