Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct hardware repairs, replacements, and calibrations to restore equipment functionality.
- Set up and configure testing equipment according to production specifications and safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and parts inventory, in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and ensure all equipment meets industry and company safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in semiconductor equipment technology and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with calibration tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA) or equipment maintenance is a plus.
