Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with resellers and channel partners in the Korean market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis.
- Conduct training and support sessions for resellers to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in inside sales, channel management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Asian market, particularly the Korean market, is a plus.
