Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
- Oversee office administration tasks, including order processing, contract management, and customer database maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent Zero-Error Systems and expand our network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, or work remotely from one of the specified locations.
