Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Welcome and greet clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed advice.
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing skincare products, explaining their benefits and usage.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, managing the clinic's booking system efficiently.
- Ensure the clinic's front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the clinic's team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client.
Qualifications
