Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage with enterprise prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business challenges and tailor messaging around webMethods and StreamSets solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline) and schedule meetings for the account executive team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings set, opportunities created, and pipeline contribution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the B2B software or IT sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., webMethods) or data operations tools (e.g., StreamSets) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
