Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain commercial accounts, focusing on enterprise-level clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and client pain points in the cable and telecommunications sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through proactive outreach, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth and target achievement.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and ROI analyses to secure high-value deals.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, product offerings, and regulatory changes to position Asian Vision Cable as a market leader.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, B2B account management, or commercial sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or cable industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of client acquisition strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
