Responsibility
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to deliver informed sales pitches.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills to engage and convert prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a remote work setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
