Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end order processes, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, warehouses, and purchasing departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and logistical challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize orders, track progress, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational workflows.
- Prepare and present regular reports on order status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Support cross-functional teams during peak periods to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with international teams and clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
