Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM updates.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Support ad-hoc sales projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
