Responsibility
- Develop and deliver interactive STEM lessons tailored to early childhood learners, incorporating age-appropriate experiments, projects, and activities.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to design and refine educational materials that align with developmental milestones and learning objectives.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Assess student progress through observations, portfolios, and formative evaluations, providing feedback to parents and stakeholders.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into lessons to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Organize and lead STEM-themed events, workshops, or competitions to foster community involvement and excitement.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood and STEM education, incorporating new methodologies into teaching.
- Work closely with parents to support children’s learning journeys and address individual needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood or STEM education.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Experience in curriculum design and adaptation for diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners and collaborate with colleagues.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., coding platforms, interactive whiteboards, or robotics kits).
- Certification in STEM education or early childhood (e.g., TEFL, Montessori, or similar) is advantageous.
- Passion for innovative teaching methods and a commitment to lifelong learning.
