Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons to international students in a classroom or small-group setting.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to studentsā proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Assess student progress through informal evaluations, feedback, and periodic reviews.
- Incorporate interactive teaching methods, including games, discussions, and multimedia resources.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar ESL teaching certification (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or in a similar educational role.
- Excellent command of the English language, with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to create dynamic and student-centered lesson plans.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to student success.
- Familiarity with Baliās cultural context is a plus.
