Responsibility
- Deliver engaging math lessons using Math Monkeyâs proprietary game-based curriculum.
- Assist in creating a fun, interactive learning environment for children aged 4â12.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and supervisors.
- Collaborate with senior teachers to refine teaching techniques and lesson plans.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance pedagogical and classroom management skills.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude to foster studentsâ confidence in math.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Support promotional events or workshops to attract new students (occasional).
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and a patient, energetic demeanor.
- Basic understanding of math concepts (training provided for advanced methods).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- No prior teaching experience neededâfull training provided!
