Responsibility
- Assist in delivering engaging and interactive math lessons to children using the Math Monkey methodology.
- Support lead teachers in classroom management, student assessments, and lesson planning.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Adapt teaching techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and staff.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop creative and effective educational materials.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral observations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Passion for teaching and working with children aged 4–12 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods and technologies.
- Creative, patient, and energetic with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
