Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to streamline operational processes and reduce manual workloads.
- Analyze current system workflows to identify areas for innovation, efficiency, and scalability improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional automated scripts or applications.
- Maintain and monitor automated systems to ensure peak performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical documentation and training for team members to foster a culture of automation across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to maintain ECPay’s competitive edge in the fintech landscape.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automated processes and integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash), or software development.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and web services.
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools or workflow orchestration platforms is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
